For this project, we are going to use the WS2812B RGB LED strip and an Arduino Nano to program and run the LED strip as the user’s choice. Here we use Prismatik software to control the addressable LED or via a push button.

Custom Serial Baud Rates in Prismatik. Since I’m experimenting with increasing Adalight framerate, the first step was to try driving the Arduino Nano with a faster serial baud rate. Unfortunately, Prismatik only supports three baud rates: 9600, 57600, and 115200.

The Arduino is hooked up to the first strand - input side - via pins GND = GND, PIN 11 = MOSI, PIN 13 = CLK. The power supply is connected to the end of the first and the end of the 2nd strand. LEDstream.pde uploaded to the Nano board. R-G-B sequence shows up nicely on all LED's when the board starts up.
